The staff at The First Parish in Lincoln is capable, cordial, consistent, and largely satisfied with their occupations. The Personnel Committee therefore had few issues concerning employees with which to deal. The primary accomplishment of the Personnel Committee is the completion of a new Personnel Policy Handbook after a three year effort. The Personnel Policy Handbook is the first written compilation of hiring, benefits and staff management procedures for the parish. Much appreciation is conveyed to Dan Boynton, Sara Andrysiak, Mimsy Beckwith, Gert McDermott, and Roger Paine.
